My carpet looks and smells 1000 times better than before you came to clean it. I love the fact that you use no chemicals and even though this carpet is pretty old and we just moved into the house and the previous owners were super gross, we will be able to live with these carpets for at least another year thanks to you. The tech was also so friendly, professional and respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. The price was also very reasonable especially considering the size of our house.

Art was very knowledgeable about the services and he protected our home while he cleaned the carpets. He did not try to oversell the product.

The gentleman who came to our house and cleaned the carpets and furniture was wonderful. He took his time and asked questions about each piece before he started cleaning. He said that if stains showed back up to just give a call and the company would be happy to come back out and spot clean those areas. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

You very clearly set expectations and explain options with no pressure, and the result meets and exceeds what is promised. The gentleman was a gentleman. The service was completed professionally. I was a little nervous the he took a picture of my credit card -- having been a victim of fraud before. Taking the photo was an unusual procedure in my experience. It would be helpful, in the future, for you to notify customers of that practice in advance.
