I was very pleased with the service as well as the results. There were red clay footprints and grime, on my light-colored carpet, left from repairmen a couple of weeks back. There is no sign of all that now! Matting and wear patterns have been rejuvenated too!

We were extremely pleased with the whole process. The service technicians were very courteous and professional. Our carpets look great. We also had our couch cleaned and we were very pleased with the results.

This is the second time we have used your services. Both times have been better than what we expected. This last time, Kevin called in advance and then professionally walked me through our home and listened to me about our problem spots. As I worked on the deck, he cleaned our home from the top, down the stairs and throughout the bottom. Then he walked me through it for my inspection, approval and reminded me that I could call if I found something that he had missed and he would be back at no charge.

Our home smells cleaner and fresher. And the carpets are CLEAN, SPOTLESS and SOFT! Will continue to use your services in the future!

When the carpets are cleaned the whole house smells fresh and clean. There is absolutely no damp smell the two times I have had zerorez come. I have two dogs that stay indoors and it is amazing how my carpet looks and smells after zerorez cleans it.
