The second technican, Justin, who came to my home to re-do the carpet cleaning was very courteous and professional and he went out of his way to make things right. I am still displeased that the carpet had to be done a second time, my carpets were not overly worn or dirty. Having to have the carpets cleaned a second time casued my home to be upside down for an additional two days and required me to be away from my work while I waited for the second tech to arrive and to do the job. Justin also used a covering to seal my front door opening and he used a fan to speed drying, these things were not done the first time.

Kevin did an amazing job with explaining the process and completing the job. I purchased the powder and I'm also fully satisfied with having that option for a cleaning treatment.

Our floors look amazing and we are very pleased. I would recommend looking for options to allow customers to add the tip at time of service, we do not carry cash nor have checks , we were unable to tip, that was a disappointment for us, because he definitely deserved it

I was shocked at how clean, fluffy, and nice smelling my carpet was after Zerorez cleaned it with ONLY WATER! The rep was quick and kept everything nice and clean even though it was pouring outside!

The cleaning job was thorough and quick making my old carpets look almost new again. We will use Zerorez for the eco-friendly and sanitizing processes over and over until we can afford to replace the old carpets! In addition, no overpowering scent remains after cleaning.
