The whole experience was great. Kind customer service over the phone, quick cleaning, and was not pressured to purchase pet removal, which is something I wasn't sure I'd need. My carpet looks and smells amazing!

What I DID NOT LIKE - I called and asked the woman who answered the phone, to price-downstairs - Front room, Living Room, Dining Room, and Stairs, Hall and 3 Bedrooms upstairs. When the service tech arrived, my husband was there and determined he was missing a bedroom, on the service request which was added. My husband left and when I arrived 2 hours later when the job was completed, I walked the house with the service tech. The stairs were not cleaned. He looked on his service list and they were not listed. This is a home that we are listing for sale and needed the rugs CLEANED! ALL OF THEM!!! It was not the techs fault. He showed me what was on the list and the original list was missing one bedroom and the stairs!
Rugs looked good but was not impressed with the overall "SERVICE". Either she did not listen to what I was saying or she forgot(?) to list all the items I asked for.
The technician, Adrian, was very polite and professional. My carpets were left very clean and fresh. The only negative part of the experience was that Adrian was working alone. I have used Stanley Steemer for years, and they have always sent 2 technicians, and the process has been more efficient with one technician moving furniture while the other cleans. The service with zerorez took twice as long and I had to help move furniture. Still, all in all a very good carpet cleaning experience!

I can not believe how good my carpet looks after the cleaning that Zerorez did! With 4 kids and 2 dogs, I was sure that cleaning the carpet would be a futile cause - but it looks brand new! They did a great job, and I will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

The carpet cleaning service phenomenal. The representative was punctual and professional. He was able to remove stains and odors that my personal cleaner or that the apartment complex appointed cleaners were not. It has been a week since the cleaning and the carpet is still fresh and clean.
