Very impressed with the process for extracting dirt. Anticipating that the carpet will remain cleaner longer. Art, the technician who serviced our home was most pleasant and efficient to work with.

Also, the home spot kit came in very handy, as our dog got sick on the carpet in two places the first night after the cleaning. The hot water and powdered product, mixed in the spray bottle, along with clear hot water for rinsing and blotting the spots dry, did an amazing job of removing the two stains. Looking foward to having this product available for any future spots that happen between now and our next service.
