The quality of cleaning was excellent but it always comes down to customer service and my technician Troy made the experience what it was-fantastic.

Our cleaner, Jaelyn (not sure of the spelling), was so nice and respectful. Answered every question I had and took time to explain the procedure. He took his time and really worked on the spots that I was sure would never come out. Carpet was left minimally damp and did not take long to dry. After drying, carpet had a nice soft feel to it.
