Very responsible and dedicated staff. When Troy returned to bring my rug, the light streaming into the sunroom was too bright to see the spots I meant to show him. I signed off on his survey that I was very pleased and I am but there is a bright spot where I previously tried to clean the carpet and I thought the cleaning would blend it out but it didn't. Troy was very focused on the areas of concern.
