Everything was professionally cleaned, fresh pleasant scent remained after cleaning both area rugs and upholstery. Our well-mannered technician asked me if everything was to my liking and when I asked if one rug could be re-vaccines to decrease wetness his respond was " I aim to please." The quality of cleaning was excellent but it always comes down to customer service and my technician Troy made the experience what it was-fantastic.

Cleaned really well and dried quickly. The service man was very fast and efficient and explained everything very well.

We are so pleased with the service we received. Not only were they on time, they actually called to say they could come earlier.

Our cleaner, Jaelyn (not sure of the spelling), was so nice and respectful. Answered every question I had and took time to explain the procedure. He took his time and really worked on the spots that I was sure would never come out. Carpet was left minimally damp and did not take long to dry. After drying, carpet had a nice soft feel to it.

I e-mailed to get a quote on having our area rug cleaned and was able to schedule someone to come out. They gave me an estimate right away, removed the rug and returned it within the next week and we couldn't be happier. Very reasonably priced!
