Very responsible and dedicated staff. When Troy returned to bring my rug, the light streaming into the sunroom was too bright to see the spots I meant to show him. I signed off on his survey that I was very pleased and I am but there is a bright spot where I previously tried to clean the carpet and I thought the cleaning would blend it out but it didn't. Troy was very focused on the areas of concern.
I am very happy with my results after using Zerorez! There was no odor or crunchy feeling to the carpets that were cleaned, and it dried in less than a day. The technician was friendly and got the job done quickly.

They did a great job. Honest, hardworking guys. Super happy and impressed with results. And we have baby twins and a giant dog. The guys were our problem solvers... and now our arriving family members don't think we're nearly as gross as we are.
My carpet only had a couple spots that I was unable to get up, but they were able to get up. The carpet wasn't as dry as I had expected. Fully dry within 24 hours. The gentlemen that came was helpful and did a great job. My first time using Zeroez, so time will tell if the cleaning holds up. I am encouraged though.
