Hayaat was excellent. He provided us with great information about the cleaning process. He addressed all of our questions and did a great job cleaning the carpet and the tile floor. He got the upholstery chairs much cleaner.

My technician was wonderful. Explained everything he was going to do. Very friendly. Even helped my find my cat that was hiding in the couch.

I thought you were very professional and your technician was so thorough and explained everything very well.

Asked me to show them the areas that needed special treatment and educated me about certain stains. Answered any questions I had. Showed me each room after cleaning to see if ai was satisfied. The person cleaning was friendly, courteous and professional.

Zerorez is FAST and they CLEAN like no other without leaving behind the mildewy smell from excess water left in the carpet like other carpet cleaners. I love Zerorez!!!
