My carpet cleaner was so polite. He let me watch him clean so I could understand the process. My carpet were a mess as I have a dog that marks. Now it is odor fee and beautiful.

The cleaning was thorough and didn’t leave the carpet overly wet. There was a noticeable difference in the carpet once the cleaning was done. Also, the people performing the cleaning were very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to help make the right decisions for our carpet.

The first time I had them done by someone else and they looked as if they hadn’t been done at all.
