Our tech was fast and professional. He was very knowledgeable and had me check the first spot he treated to assure I was pleased.

Overall it was a good experience. Appreciated that my carpet wasn't "crunchy" after cleaning like it had been with another company. My only concern was a number of spots weren't removed in one section of our living room. My husband was able to treat them with a store-bought cleaner the next day so I don't believe they were too tough to come out. However, Dominic was able to get similar spots out of the carpet on our stairs and hallway. Dominic was kind and didn't pressure me to add things on.

His detailed assessment helped me make an informed decision about the services I actually needed, without paying for unnecessary work. He even demonstreted on a small patch of carpet and only when I was happy with the resutls . He proceeded with the work reuest.
