Ryker was the serviceman who cleaned my carpets. He explained everything about the process as this was the first time I used Zeroez. He came earlier than originally scheduled but called to make sure that was okay with me. He was friendly and very professional. The carpets were cleaned beautifully and to my satisfaction.

It was good but I did end up with red spot near the back door. This was the last area cleaned and it appears that dirty water pooled at this area.
