We are preparing our home for sale. The carpet is getting some age on it but we really didn’t want to replace it due to time and money. Zerorez got all the stains out they said they could do. Also Sam the technician was fantastic in explaining everything and answering our questions. We had concrete work done on the porch and couldn’t walk on it but he was able to use a window. This was my first experience with zerorez. I couldn't have asked for better service! The communication about my appointment was amazing. They were on time and even called me to ASK if it was ok to show up early. (Absolutely!) My technician was excellent. He evaluated the issues I had with the carpet. (Really bad stain.) He talk to me about the process, and asked me if I was pleased with the results. I was amazed at the difference. I seriously didn't think the carpet would ever be that clean. I will be recommending them to my friend and family. Thank you for excellent service!

Samuel was the technician who cleaned my carpets and he did an outstanding job. He was very good at explaining step by step what was going to take place and that made me feel good. Samuel was very polite, kind and took his time. He didn't rush and stopped to let me check out the carpets he had done before moving on to the next room. I will be contacting Zerorez when it's time for my carpets to be cleaned again.

Great service, quality, friendly, effective

I was delighted to see Elton, our technician, again. I love his consistency and I can always expect exemplary work! Elton is punctual and is completely prepared to handle the job. My favorite thing about him is that he uses precisely the amount of water needed to deep clean our carpet. That way, it dries within four to eight hours! (depending upon the level of humidity outdoors). We love the feeling of the fluffed up and renewed cushion. Thanks for taking care of us and greatly reducing the allergens in our house.

Sam did an amazing job again - Twice in two weeks! He is very professional. This guy deserves all the accolades.
