Did a great job. Tech was very friendly and courteous. One thing was when he left he pulled the hoses back to the van and left blue marks on the cement front step and sidewalks. I'm glad I noticed it right away so I could go out and scrub it off. If that would have been tracked into the off white carpet I would have been very unhappy.

I was completely blown away by Jaxson's service. He was extremely professional. He explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also super friendly. I chose Zerorez because of your process and lack of chemicals. My carpets and furniture looks great!

The guy was very nice, polite and very professional. I loved the way my floors felt not to wet and completely dry in just 4-5 hours. Great job! They look brand new.
