The products that were used were very beneficial in removing dirt from the carpet. I liked the fact that the rugs were not soaked and dried fairly quickly. Additionally my sofa came out exceptionally well and I was very happy with the total outcome, my representative and company. I would highly recommend Zerorex!

The carpeting that we have requires it to be cleaned with only water - the salesperson mentioned Zerorez so that’s what we’ve used. But I think it’s a better cleaning system anyway. Appreciate the odor control option and protection treatment.

Technician was very nice and knowledgeable
The technician that came out was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He assessed the areas that we wanted done and gave recommendations. We have a 6 month old puppy that just finished potty training, to say the least, our carpet was HORRIBLE! He got every stain and smell out! He was honest about the likelihood of some coming back slightly, but so far it hasn’t and it has been 4 days!
