I love that there is no residue from the cleaning. The carpet feels like brand new when walking barefoot. The cleaning folks are informative, professional, and polite. They arrived on time, and had our carpets looking like new in just over an hour. I used Zerorez when we lived in California and was happy to see that they were also available here in Hickory!
