This was my first visit to your store and first time using fleet feet. I am totally satisfied and the athletic shoes I purchased totally passed the test. I bought the shoes on Thursday night 10/16, because the next day I was taking my daughter to Chicago for a college tour. We spent all morning Saturday walking around the campus and then all afternoon walking around Chicago. I was dreading the trip because of the pain I was expecting to have after all the walking, but I was so happy with these shoes. I was sore and tired, but not crippled and do not have the hip and knee pain I was used to having with my other shoes. Very happy with the shoes and plan to return. The staff was very helpful and tried several pairs of shoes to make sure I had the right ones. I don't remember their names, but to two ladies who were working there Thurs evening 10/16 did a great job and desevere by sincere thanks. Thank you so much!

I have only wore my tennis shoes once since purchase so I can't comment yet on products but the service was exceptional. I felt very comfortable with my sales person (Jason)and felt he was very knowledgeable.
Fantastic employee! I am referring to the woman who works at the new store in Town and Country. I don't know her name, but she has helped me greatly buying shoes. She is knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and very complimentary!! She even sold me orange shoes that I have loved, even though the color is way out of my comfort zone.
