I had never purchased a pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet prior to my accident but now it's the only place I'll go.

Ray was the BEST sales associate in all of my years of buying shoes from Fleet Feet. He was attentive and really took his time to address what I was really looking for in shoes. He went above and beyond in showing me ways in which to stretch for running as well and really ensured that I was very satisfied with my purchase. I was treated exceptionally well from the time I came in the door to the time that I left.

The associate listened to all my feet issues and concerns before starting the process to find the right shoe. Then she was very thorough in explaining the results to me. Both shoes I tried on felt better than anything I had been wearing previously, but one felt better. That is what I bought...along with insoles and socks. I am currently following the 10 day hourly increase wearing schedule given to me by the associate and look forward to wearing these shoes regularly after that.
When I go to fleet feet I get customized service that is very knowledgeable and tailored to my needs. I recommend it to anyone when they are shopping for athletic shoes.
