Ray at your store in St. Charles County was very knowledgeable about the shoe I was interested in but also my feet issue. He gave some great advice on lacing my shoe to avoid pain. He thoroughly checked my fit - which was something I had some concern about. I know I'm wearing the right shoe size now. He was also very kind and easy to work with - made me feel comfortable.

The level of attention to properly fit me in a pair of shoes was unprecedented. Ray truly cared about getting the right shoe for my circumstances.
The shop was busy that day/time because it was a holiday. All the associates were busy and it was unclear how to 'check in' to get on the waiting list. Once I asked, the associate put me on the list. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be served but I could hear how each associate was focused on the customer they were assisting.
When it was my turn, Sam asked me questions about my shoe issues/needs, checked me on the fit machine and brought out several shoe options. She asked and listened to my input. She assured me of the return policy and completed my check out.
Overall I was pleased with my experience and found a pair of shoes that seem to work for me!
