Liz was great. We had to return a pair of shoes I ordered online for my wife as a Christmas present. Liz was great in the fact she took time to listen and recommend a different brand of shoe for her. Although we ended up paying just a bit more, it wasn't because Liz tried to up-sale us, she just found something that worked better for my wife.
