Salesman took time to explain the process for fitting the shoe to my foot, asked lots of questions about what I needed and the problems I was having with my current shoes. He showed me several different options, told me why he was doing certain things and what I should be feeling as I tried out the different shoes. Very good experience.

I had the most amazing customer service experience with Jane last Friday. Even though I came in about an hour before closing, Jane provided a thorough assessment and detailed suggestions in response to my needs, concerns, and questions. I learned what was causing my pain, how to fix it, and was given options that fit my budget. I followed Jane's instructions for adjusting to my new insoles and shoes and logged my first run with the new gear today. I am delighted to report that my run was 100% pain free!!!
