The experience I had walking through the door my first time was phenomenal! I was greeted like an old friend, and made welcome and comfortable! The process of the 3D fit and explanation of my feet and their different aspects was amazing and enlightening. Barb at the St. Peters location was just wonderful to work with and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my new shoes and helped me find some resources to get started on my running journey! All in all an amazing experience from start to finish!

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. It's interesting to see a 3D image of my feet to see the differences between them and exact measurements. Learning what type of shoe I need rather than guessing is a relief.

Good products. They had my size in shoes (I am hard to fit) and orthotics. The service was great and they exchanged an orthotic when I realized that I needed a different one.

I liked that the sales person who allowed my husband the opportunity to say how he felt about the shoes. And hit the ball park the 1st time on comfort and appropriate width of the shoe. Excellent selection of shoes, but most importantly, the sales associates. My sales associate, Liz, was extremely helpful picking the proper shoe and insert. I was impressed with the scanning of my feet and what it showed. Also, the store had a history of my purchases readily available to help me with my decisions.
