Deb was extremely helpful and tried several different shoes as they didn't have my favorite brand in my size. She didn't want me to settle for anything less than was right for me. She took my name and number and said she would let me know if they got the right shoe in. I didn't expect to hear back anytime soon but in a few days she called to let me know they were there. The shoes were good and I appreciate that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase something less than what was best for me. Great service and good shoes. I'd rather wait for the right fit than settle for less. Happy feet are worth it.
Your service is great. The sales woman knows who I am and all my info. I conduct everything via phone except picking them up. This sales woman is excellent and a great asset to the company. I also like that Brooks addiction walker does not change at all in style etc. New Balance changes every few years..

Was apprehensive when came through the door, but he very quickly made me feel comfortable and believe my problems could be solved. And we did find the perfect fit. Fleet feet customer service is exceptional. Associates spent individual time with each customer making sure shoes meet the individual runners needs. They also help with nutrition and training. They are a runners resource providing for all their needs and valuable information.
