It was my first time coming to fleet feet. My boyfriend had suggested that we go there to look at good comfortable shoes. I was in a motorcycle accident in 2011 and ended up getting a total ankle replacement on my left ankle so finding good comfortable shoes was necessary.. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and helped immediately. Our salesman was very educational on the importance of having good comfortable shoes and was not pushy at all on buying them. He took his time and was very patient with us. I bought a pair of Brooks shoes with inserts for my high arches (which I didn't know I had until the 3D scan). I would absolutely recommend Fleet Feet.

Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to make sure the fit was perfect, and never tried to rush or push a sale. As a specialty store, you can expect a higher price point than run of the mill shoe stores, but you get what you pay for, and you’ll never leave dissatisfied. It’s the closest you can get to a custom made shoe, but you still get the benefits of a custom fit. The free in-house electronic foot scanning service helps to further guarantee that. If you’ve ever had trouble finding comfortable athletic shoes, or have difficult to fit feet or specific issues that require correction or support, I would never recommend any other business.
