I like how much time the sales associates spend with you at Fleet Feet. They take time to work with you one on one to measure your feet and address your specific needs and concerns. They have helped me find comfort with high arches and have helped my son find shoes that help him with balance issues caused by flat feet. They have also assisted us with controlling odor and chafing and how to prolong the life of our shoes.

I like your products but I didn't think the sales person did enough to help me find a shoe. She basically said she couldn't find one. then i took a sample off the wall which was a half size smaller and it fit. she also didn't even offer to measure my foot and said it would take too long. when i told her i already had a measurement taken last time she looked me up and found me one shoe that didn't fit. so I would say she made a sale in spite of herself not because of her
