I recently ordered some shoes online and was not satisfied with the way they fit. I also had thrown away the box. I went into the local Fleet Feet store and worked with an associated (I wish I could remember his name). Anyway, he quickly identified that my previous two pairs of shoes I bought through Fleet Feet were "High Volume", therefore had more room in them. He advised they did not have a Karhu Iknoni in stock, but they did have a Karhu Fusion that was pretty close. It fit much better! It cost an extra $15, but I didn't mind.
P.S. While making the transaction, I inadvertently left my phone at the store! By the time I got home I had received an email from Fleet Feet that they had my phone! I went back up and got it, very thankful the associate went "the extra mile" for me. Thanks, Fleet Feet!

I had been feeling insecure about going into Fleet Feet for quite sometime as I am not a runner. This past Monday I went and am soo happy I did! Marie (Cave springs, MO) was soo knowledgeable and kind and did not make me feel like I didn't belong at all. It was such a pressure free environment and I was so thankful for that! I am so excited to go walking now because she got me in the correct shoe for my feet!

I appreciated the very quick service when I walked into the store. I also greatly appreciated that the person who helped me was wearing a mask when he saw that I had one on. This made me feel very comfortable trying on shoes.

This was my first visit to a Fleet Feet store. I had never had a foot scan before but knew I really needed it to find a better running shoe for my feet.
Danette was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the foot scan and we found two options, Brooks Glycerin 20 and a Saucony option. She also had me try inserts that really gave me arch support.
The Brooks fit great but I hated the color. The Saucony was good color but the fit wasn’t as balanced for my feet. Danette asked me a few more questions about what was important to me and what colors I was looking for because she knew that I wanted to leave the store with good running shoes. She went back and found a Hoka which was a perfect fit, perfect support for my long runs, AND perfect color!
