The person we dealt with was a no pressure saleswoman, she made sure we knew they didn’t work on commission, so she didn’t push. We ended up buying 3 pair that day.
I bought a pair of high end shoes and even though I was a few days beyond the 60 day return window, I experienced a breakdown of materials in the sole, and they swapped them out for a new pair. No hassle or questions. Excellent service.
