The lady (sorry I don't remember her name) that waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She offered several options and was very helpful. I really like they way they measure and video your feet and the way you walk.
Customer service is awesome Matthew did a excellent job of explaining the measure devices of my feet and my walk. The shoes with new insoles has helped my right knee and left hip pain.
