Excellent customer service! I didn’t feel rushed and when the employee brought out several pairs of tennis shoes and none seemed to be working, she didn’t seem the least bit annoyed or discouraged. She kept trying more options until I found the right pair of tennis shoes. It is not easy for me to find shoes regardless if it is tennis shoes or another type of shoe. I typically don’t enjoy shoe shopping but my sales woman made it a more enjoyable experience.
I already have recommended Fleet Feet to friends and family.

I am a physical therapist and have referred many patients to Fleet Feet. I like that they can get a pair of shoes that is appropriate for their anatomy and/or dysfunction. I have gotten my shoes from Fleet Feet for years and also take my kids, who have both suffered from Plantar Fascitis. Their return policy is also very generous. I will continue to use them in the future.

Friendly, relate-able, experienced sales people. People who are "just like me"... not professional runners, but people striving to achieve improvement but struggle like everyone else and are open to sharing that struggle! I can buy shoes and gear anywhere. I have not found the personal experience like I see at Fleet Feet!

They have given me hope on lessening or eliminating my lower back pain which can affect pain even higher. My chiropractor, Dr. Jeff Carpenter, recommended this to me.
The personalized shopping experience was great the service personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. So far my shoes are working out well. Prices were higher but it was worth it to find shoes that really worked for me.
