I have large feet for a woman and I went to 18 stores and had no luck at all. I normally have to wear men’s shoes and I am tired of dark men’s shoes. I then went to Fleet Feet and finally got tennis shoes! I didn’t get one but two pairs of tennis shoes! As soon as I walked in someone came to help me and put me on the waitlist. A short time later I was my turn. I went through the whole process and loved every second of it! Jodi was very nice and helpful. She brought out some shoes for me to try and it was out of my price range but then she went and got 2 pairs that were within my budget and she respected my budget. I didn’t feel pressured to buy the expensive shoes. I finally found women tennis shoes!! I will not go anywhere else to get tennis shoes!
Our experience started at the Chesterfield store. Although the store was busy, the sales person helped us to find the right shoe and new the shoe selections. Then the ideal shoe was at Mid-Rivers so the rep happily called the store to have the store on reserve.
The only opportunity is the the color was not the same between stores and that would have been good to know. We understand that spike options are limited but it would have been good to know the color options were different at mid-rivers than chestervield.

My husband and I both have a lot of issues with our feet. I have plantar faciitis and a heel spur. My husband has 2 different size feet with 2 different arches. We were impressed that Fleet Feet had so many options for us. Bethany was awesome! We are grateful for the time she spent helping both of us with our issues. The scan of our feet was very helpful. We appreciate the long return/exchange policy.
