I always feel that your "fitters" listen to my questions and concerns, always bringing me several options to try. I always come out of the store with a comfortable shoe. Additionally, the one time I did not like the fit of a shoe after a week, you took the shoe back without a hassle.
I didn't know what to expect when I went in. The associate took her time showed me a few different options including what was available online and didn't pressure me to make the purchase. I ended up with shoes that are both comfortable and cute and a better understanding of the make-up up my feet.
