Because of the foot scan and the apparent knowledge of the employees, I’m confident the recommended shoes are the best ones for my feet. They also take whatever amount of time is needed to ensure a correct fit. At my last purchase I tried on 5 pairs before deciding. Additionally, they have a great return policy.
From the moment I was greeted at the door until I left with my purchase, I was given exceptional customer service and information about my best options for footwear. If on one end of the spectrum you have sports stores and department stores with self service, Fleet Feet is at the other end of that spectrum with awesome, informed, helpful associates who care about helping you. I have never been treated this great when buying a pair of shoes. I will be back and will tell everyone I know to go there. Completely impressed!

It was my first time in the store, I have previously ordered online. I really like the 3D scan of my feet and the walk test to help them find the correct shoes for my feet. Liz was great and answered all my questions. I liked that I could go outside with my shoes on and see how they handled in the way I would be wearing them.
We were at the Chesterfield location yesterday, and I’m sorry that I can’t remember the name of the very knowledgeable salesperson. He was so very patient, kind and thorough in helping my daughter find the correct pair of shoes for training. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this location
