I believe the scanning and measuring of the feet make a huge difference in finding the right shoe. I bought 2 pair of shoes and inserts yesterday and brought my daughter in today for shoes! We are both very pleased with the support and comfort. The staff was very knowledgeable about the shoes and very friendly.

I had the best service, the sale associate that helped me was so good and happy to help, she explained every step, went over the results and found shoes for me almost immediately. I walked in with feet in pain and walked out on clouds! Will come back again!

I thought your service was top notch. Had some discomfort issues with the sneakers when I first got home after wearing them a couple hours. My whole back and hips went out of whack. I’m hoping it’s just a “break in period” for me as well and not just the shoes. Seemed to be better this am, but only wore them a couple hours today again. I’m expecting it to take some time going from “general” sneakers to one’s that were specifically picked for MY feet. Fingers are crossed. Anxious to get my orthotics. I have already recommended you to my husband.

It’s personal

I have never been to a shoe store that was more focused on the experience and service than they were on selling the products. The associate focused on my needs and spent time explaining to me why I needed certain items and their benefits. It was this focus on my needs and what would work best for me that led me to my purchase. I was so impressed I am brining my wife in tonight to enjoy the same experience and get a better fitting/performing shoe.
