Excellent customer service
Customer Care was the best! Even though it was a Saturday, about an hour from closing, I was not rushed. A great deal of time was taken explaining the procedure. Jeremy listened to my concerns and was very cooperative when I asked for different colors. He was very informative explaining what and why the shoe and insert that would work best for me.
So far, I’m very happy with my shoes, inserts and socks! Saving up some money for more socks! 😊

Great experience. My son has been saving money all summer to buy some XC spikes/shoes. The person helping him explained about each shoe and what each offer. He educated my son on the different size spikes.
The best part; the amazing clearance shoes I found for my 2 younger sons. They just started running and it was a huge blessing to find them some great shoes at a better price than even Walmart.
I was having alot of feet problems, so I went to my doctor, she told me it was the kind of shoes I was wearing, so she told me about Hoka shoes. so I started looking around for that shoe. I went to dicks sporting, they didnt have them so a young man told me about fleet shoes, so I went there it was a great experince jeremy was the gentleman that helped me he was concern about getting me in the right shoe. he scaned my feet and said hoka was a good match for me. so I bought them, they are great I love this place and will be buying me more shoes from here in the future.
