What I like about feet fleet products and services would be the knowledge and attention to detail that is offered to me as the customer. Your staff is truly the expert when I need guidance. The woman at the St.Charles feet fleet was tremendously knowledgeable about each shoe on the wall - down to the slightest differences and of course major differences. I appreciate the friendly environment at the store as well.

I've said this same thing after buying my previous pair of shoes, and it hasn't changed... the staff at the St Charles location always takes all the time in the world to make sure that you're walking out the door not only with a pair of shoes that fit correctly, but also so that you're comfortable with them as well. It sucks if you're waiting in line, but is 110% worth it when you're the one being taken care of!
Plus, it helps that each of the associates who've taken care of me over the years genuinely know what they're talking about. Katie took care of me for my most recent shoe purchase. She was able to knowledgably answer each of my annoying questions, knew the stock, was informed about the history of each pair she had selected for me to try, and most importantly, knew WHY she was recommending each pair of shoes to me, given my history, current condition, and analysis.
Sam evaluated my feet and found just the right shoes. He was personable, professional knowledgeable.
