She did a foot scan for me and fitted me in some shoes and insoles. I have always had troubles with my feet and I recently got a manufacturing job where I am always on my feet. I told Kat this, and she did her best to meet all of my needs I laid out. I have worn the shoes and insoles for a week and I still have some pain that I will always have, but the shoes and insoles provide a lot more support than I have had in a very long time. I have spent years trying to find tennis shoes that fit my feet right (one foot is a bit different than the other due to surgery). The Asics that I bought fit great with plenty of room if needed. Kat provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.
Absolutely loved the friendly inviting atmosphere of the store and employees! It is so nice to have a pair of shes that feel amazing on my feet. I can’t wait to wear them to work and see how much of a difference they are going to make!

Having a moody teenager that is unhappy about being fitted for “orthopedic” shoes is not fun for anyone. My daughter was unhappy about not being able to wear vans or converse and Christina was super patient and helpful. She gave us as much variety and style as she could given our specific need and I was very happy. The machine that gives a 360 image of the foot and ankles was super helpful and I think I will go next when I’m ready for new ones. We settled on a pair she decided she could live with and said it was the most comfortable out of all we tried. We left happy 😊
