Great service and products. I’ve worn their shoes for many years. Recently I bought a pair of shoes which felt great in the store. But after a 2.5 mile walk, they were no longer comfortable. I was able to return them for a different pair that work so much better.

Kathy - the woman who helped me was great! She expertly explained the process and took me through my shoe choice best suited for my foot. She told me about a variety of different products in addition to shoes but did so in a way that wasn’t pushy. She told me about a foot massage ball, socks, shoe inserts - all that I gladly purchased because of her. I will happily tell others about my experience and recommend Fleet Feet to others.

I like how personalized the service is. The equipment used to measure my feet, my walking style, my in-step. Then, they bring you a couple of pairs of shoes that would best suit you based on that data. The prices weren't bad, either. The Sales associate who helped me was professional, made suggestions, but wasn't pushy. I will return in the future once these shoes wear out!
