Great experience with getting new shoes and inserts. My heels felt instant relief after wearing them. With any new shoe, my feet always feel super exhausting after wearing new shoes/inserts all day, but it'll subside by the week.

Love that the staff takes their time with you to make sure you have to right shoe for you. I came in during a very busy time and they did their best to acknowledge everyone, create a waiting list and manage each customers requests. I never felt ignored and when it was my turn they spent all the time I needed to make sure I had just the products.
The products are good, but anyone can get pretty much any product whenever they want. It’s the service provided by the people that makes me want to shop at Fleet Feet. Thank you for all your help, Faith.
