I loved how attentive Nick was to my needs. He was patient with my indecisiveness and listened to the specifics I was looking for in running shoes. I love my New Balance running shoes! He was also very informative about the inserts and the Aftershokz. I even came back and exchanged my less expensive Aftershokz for the more expensive ones.

The staff is friendly and well educated on fit, function, and education of the shoes. The prices are pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. Education and customer service are part of that.
