Service was EXCEPTIONAL! Hunter was super friendly and knew his stuff! I was very impressed with the smooth flow of your system. Without an appointment, it took about 25-30 minutes on a Saturday morning to be seen. From there, it was fast and fun. The technology is very cool and informative. Hunter was able to adeptly fit me for a couple of shoe brands and sizes. I was enamored with the quality of the products of which I usually only spend half the money for half the quality of running shoes. I eagerly chose a pair of ASICS Nimbus 23s, and can’t wait to get a few miles in them! I also picked up a few gels to try and some hydration tabs. Overall, it was a gratifying experience where I learned a lot about my feet, running, and a new favorite store of mine—Fleet Feet. Thank you!

The staff is so knowledgeable and kind! I came in with pain in my knees and we quickly realized it was because I needed a different type of running shoe.
I had no idea about the fit gurantee and we realized my shoes were right at the cut off but I didn’t have them with me. They were so understanding and still will be honoring it when I bring my other shoes back!

The wait time was a little excessive. We had to wait for 50 mins. We went and ate lunch and came back. We were told it would be around a 20 min wait. With that long a wait you should be able to sign in online for a time.
I really enjoyed the scientific way you guys go about fitting a person to a pair of shoes that will work best for them based on the shape of their feet. And the service was great...very friendly. Made me feel like I was important.

The expertise on what my feet need, as I have narrow and very flat feet. Also, thee attitude of every staff person is so friendly and they really seem to enjoy their job, and they are so encouraging about fitness, NEVER making me feel like they are looking down on me for not me of a pro runner.
