Offer quality products, but most of all the service is excellent. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
I don’t feel like I’m pushed towards are more expensive shoe. The staff is nice and helps me chose shoes specific toward my running goals. They do offer product suggestions but I don’t think the goal is to up sell but rather to educate.

He took his time to explain everything about the processes in the fitting and what shoe and insert would make the fit and shoe would be right for my Grandson. He was so happy with the shoe that we bought 2 pairs.We loved the the experience and will be back .

Very knowledgeable about their shoes and was quickly able to match up past ‘fit’ pictures (their fit imaging system) with best shoe to match my feet and how I work out. In and out in 15 min with shoes that fit well with help from easy, professional help.
