sales person seemed knowledgeable and was patient as I tried on various pair of shoes they recommended after I walked over sensors to get a digital foot print. However, several times I noted that I didn't like the color and style of shoe. I only found out by accident that I could order the same shoe in a different color/style to suit my taste. It would have been nice if they would have shared that option when I had expressed concern earlier.
Since our information was in their system the process of getting the shoes and insoles we needed was simple and quick!
