Associate was friendly and knowledgeable but could have done more to give me additional choices in the shoes I looked at as far as Style. I was only shown to pair so I only had two choices to pick from. I also felt like I should have had assistance in putting them on and making sure they were adjusted on my foot and laced properly. The scan of my feet and the process of being able to view the pressure points is an amazing asset to your customer service. I was very impressed with those. I will be purchasing the insoles based on the results of that at a later date. Very pleased with the fact that I have 60 days to wear the shoes and make sure that I am completely satisfied with them before I make my final decision to keep them. That is a tremendous incentive for me to purchase all of my future athletic shoes from Fleet Feet. I have already and will continue to recommend Fleet Feet 2 other people to purchase there athletic footwear

Good products
I absolutely like the "BONDI" HOKAs. Plus the inserts!! Well worth the money. The only thing that I found slightly in need of attention was the St. Louis South County Store. I waited, I felt quite a long time. And, there were other patrons waiting as well that were there before me. They needed more sales associates on hand. Or perhaps it was just a wave of customers "hitting" them all at once. I am not sure but, I felt uncomfortable waiting that long. The sales associate who waited on me was very knowledgeable and extremely gracious as well.

The staff was very friendly, methodical, and diligent about taking their time with each customer despite being extremely busy. I think that makes people happy to wait their turn knowing they’ll receive the same attention as the previous customer. The rep that assisted me was very knowledgeable and eager to teach me about the dynamics of my feet after scanning. She was also responsive to what shoe I felt most comfortable in (more minimal) rather than what the scan suggested (a very maximal, support shoe), since I dont have pain or get form or overuse related injuries when running. I’ll always go back to Fleet Feet!
