I feel like I found the perfect job because I really feel like NND cares so much for everyone involved (customers and workers) and it feels so nice to be treated like a family. This is not ajob to me by working with NND, it's a life. It warms my heart so much to see how much they care by "finding a better way" and taking the time to come up with ways to make the experience of a client optimal. I have never seen this kind of love by a company before. It is not a job to all who work here..we are a family I'll say again, and that is why I know twenty years from now I'll still be here with my "family." That that kind of attitude is what skyrockets them from the competition, and what made me want to become a part of this heart of a company.

Its a great company with lots of potentials, the company really cares about giving the ultamate client care.

I'm very much enjoying my visits so far, and the monday-friday scheduling lady as well as everyone at the maple ridge branch have been amazing so far. The only thing I would suggest is having the weekend/evening scheduling employees be a little more organized as I have been asked to work shifts outside of my availability and I was also asked to work a shift when I was already currently working a shift for NND (they called and texted my phone while I was with a client asking me to work an 11-7 shift which is not on my availability, and I was already working 3-11 for another client).

Nurse next door is Nursing as it should be, compassionate, individualized, thoughtful, fulfilling.....why I became a nurse!

Because I see first hand how Nurse next door makes sure that all clients are treated with exceptional care.

The way the public healthcare system goes nurses rarely have a chance to spend real quality time with their clients.
