Nurse Next Door offers a kind, caring and supportive environment. They offer incentives for compassionate care and think outside of the box to provide clients with the utmost of personal levels of service. They care about their employees and will adjust schedules when needed to allow employees to recover from personal illness. If you have questions the care team of supervisory staff works together to find answers. Communication is encouraged and always readily available. They strive to ensure both clients and employees are happy on their role with one another in order to ensure the right fit and this creates a positive work situation for all.

Great company to work for ! The focus on happier aging and keeping our most vulnerable in their home where they are the happiest is what I believe in from my own personal experience. Without companies like Nurse Next Door, especially our management and team the elderly would be in facilities where they are unhappy and at risk. Our management is the best, not only for our clients but especially for me. They listen, care and our understanding of their employees needs !! I am extremely thankful they brought me onto their team and are took a chance on me with no experience and offered me the opportunity to go to school and further my education so I can help the most vulnerable.

I love the personal relationships you get to build with clients, which differs a lot from facility settings. I also love how personalized and detailed each clients care is (such as the care plan), making the care giving process so much more enjoyable and efficient. Overall I feel this job is very rewarding as I get to see clients thrive in their own homes!
