I like the full service Nurse Next Door provides for their clients, care, companionship,housekeeping and just a friend. Most home care services do not provide all those aspects of care.

I like their Core values, the fact they encourage me to be the best that I can be. They try and fit the client with the care giver.It feels like a big extended family. I know that I can call at any time with any problems I as a care provider might have , and I will be listened to and helped.

I really like the fact that you put me to work the day after the orientation. Conincidentally my first client was someone I used to work with - that was extra fun. I have enjoyed meeting a few of my co-workers.I was also pleased that I was 'allowed' to give my client an inexpensive sheepskin. I appreciatesd that I could say no to an offered shift without any negative reaction whatsoever from the CSC. I received my vest and an offer of employment letter in a very timely fashion. To summarize: so far so good.
