I applied to NND because I find the company amazing. They take the time to get to know their clients and their needs. I really enjoy working for this company because you get the one on one with your clients so you get the quality time that need and deserve compared to other companies. NND makes you feel like family and they acknowledge the great work that you do. They are very flexible with schedules and anytime you need them, they are there for you 24/7. If you have a problem or concern, you always have someone to talk to. I am very honoured to be working with such a great company , clients are awesome and the co workers are amazing. They know how to communicate with each other.
How staff are treated fairly. They are also considered in there well being. I would of given 10 for my score , but the pay scale is not very good.
