Management takes good care with their employees. They are very considerate with regards to request of leave of absence as long as you are honest to them. They are like family, like they send birthday cards to make you feel special and loved. Keeps us posted with up coming events, seminars, upgrading , etc.

The "Brand Promise" we promise to find someone that's right for you. Emphasizing this to prospective clients is key. Perhaps the first person isn't a great fit but Nurse Next Door will do "whatever it takes" to find the one that is. If a perspective client hears this he/she will be open to the fact that just because one person isn't a good fit, there are others who may be. Sometimes a person may be turned off by one caregiver and never use that company again. So.........focus on explaining that it is not always realistic to expect that fit initially. 24 hour service is awesome. Donating to a charity if your call is not returned in 30 minutes is great. The people that work for Nurse Next Door are carefully screened and I believe passionate and caring individuals. As a happy employee I am one hundred percent confident in recommending Nurse Next Door. Let's not forget the schedulers, they are amazing!
