What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

My biggest reason for rating Nurse Next door a ten is because iall around it is a genuine company. Great staff and with real values. I have always thought that a care home is not the best place for your loved one. Their home with all their memories and emotional ties is where they should be. You guys execute this concept beautifully. I am proud to be part of the team.

Discovery Day was really informative. The staff is super accommodating and understanding. Never worked for staff that has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. It’s really great.
