I'm very much enjoying my visits so far, and the monday-friday scheduling lady as well as everyone at the maple ridge branch have been amazing so far. The only thing I would suggest is having the weekend/evening scheduling employees be a little more organized as I have been asked to work shifts outside of my availability and I was also asked to work a shift when I was already currently working a shift for NND (they called and texted my phone while I was with a client asking me to work an 11-7 shift which is not on my availability, and I was already working 3-11 for another client).

Nurse next door is Nursing as it should be, compassionate, individualized, thoughtful, fulfilling.....why I became a nurse!

Because I see first hand how Nurse next door makes sure that all clients are treated with exceptional care.

The way the public healthcare system goes nurses rarely have a chance to spend real quality time with their clients. I feel nurse next door provides me with an opportunity to assess my client from the comprehensive bio-psycho-social point of view which contributes to the building of a therapeutic relationship and therefore has positive health outcomes for my clients.
