There are also inservice which help us learn more about how to handle situations, care for clients and increase our knowledge of health.

My reason for giving this score was the good reception I had when I visited the Calgary and the sincere concern that was showed to me by the staffs in the office. At Nurse Next Door, all the staffs respond to questions and concerns in a polite and respectful manner which to me makes such a difference.

I feel like everyone works so hard and when I had an issue with a client I felt like I wasn't judged when I asked not to go back, my concerns were listened to. It makes you feel safe.
