What I like about the company is that it is very much needed and will continue to be needed. There will be many systems that will continue to no longer work and it is good to know that there are companies who genuinely care for the people they serve and for the ones that they employ to do the same. I have worked in the health care system and like many have had to leave because it has become where it is so busy that there is no time to truly connect with an individual's needs.
It is so rewarding to make a difference in the lives of the seniors that I care for! I love the flexibility to make my own schedule in order to fit my family's needs!

managers and call centre are great! Friendly and good people
The Clients are happy and find the service wonderful people say good things about NND. The call center is great managers are great other CG's seem happy - no complaints. CG has not heard anything bad. CG recently went through a hard time and the staff were really supportive.
She adores her bosses. They really care and show a lot of enthusiasm. They have bubbling personalities. They're happy!

When my daughter became ill while I was on a shift a replacement for me was found within an hour. I appritiate that very much!
