The Clients are happy and find the service wonderful people say good things about NND. The call center is great managers are great other CG's seem happy - no complaints. CG has not heard anything bad. CG recently went through a hard time and the staff were really supportive.
She adores her bosses. They really care and show a lot of enthusiasm. They have bubbling personalities. They're happy!

There is more interaction with the clients than other homecare agencies. Being able to voice concerns and be in direct communication with the owner of the franchise.
I like how friendly the staff are and how understanding they are of my constantly changing schedule. I appreciate that I almost always receive several days notice for available shifts so that I can make the necessary changes to my timetable.
