I like how friendly the staff are and how understanding they are of my constantly changing schedule. I appreciate that I almost always receive several days notice for available shifts so that I can make the necessary changes to my timetable.

NND is very young in Edmonton and already it is claiming quite a portion of the market. NND has very friendly staff (Management), you mean what you say and promise. NND staff care, there seems to be a culture of caring beyond the usual, "Oh its just a job." There is always a client needing help and so the company keeps everyone busy, well the company tries. I like the idea of maintaining consistency with our clients, it is good for our clients and for the caregivers as well cause then both parties get to know each other and establish a great working environment.
