What I like about this company is the flexibility. The wonderful girls at the Customer Service Center. They are always ready to help out in any given situation with a positive no problem attitude. I have been dealing with Julia and Paulina, these gals are terrific as well as the other ladies but it is always nice to get a familiar voice on the line. When and if we need to have attention on the home front there is always some one here to help out whether it be Tamra or Amanda. The caregiver never feels alone in any given situation. Plus its always great to have get togethers to meet other co-workers. I feel this is exceptional wonderful company to work for and I am please to be a part of it. They can disappoint you at last minutes.
They can give you job once after two weeks or one week. one cannot depend on them for job.At times they double instructions they needed more co-ordinatiion

What I like about the company is that it is very much needed and will continue to be needed. There will be many systems that will continue to no longer work and it is good to know that there are companies who genuinely care for the people they serve and for the ones that they employ to do the same. I have worked in the health care system and like many have had to leave because it has become where it is so busy that there is no time to truly connect with an individual's needs.
It is so rewarding to make a difference in the lives of the seniors that I care for! I love the flexibility to make my own schedule in order to fit my family's needs!

I like the flexibility that NND offers with scheduling. As well, the care designers and management not only listen to our needs as employees but they admire us as well. When I was returning to school to obtain my certification, the expenses were high so I asked about some financial aid. Management went the extra mile to put in place a bursary that would not only help me if I were awarded it, but it would help others in the future also. For the first time in my career, I feel like I'm somebody and not just another body to fill the space. I am able to make a difference in others lives and they in mine.
