The aspect that it's casual. You can set your own hours. The con is there isn't always shifts to pick up and sometimes as a male female patient refuse my care.

The support services are just terrific.
It is very flexible and treats us with respect not just a number. NND is very understanding about needing to spend time with our own families and shows concern for our well being, as well as that of our clients. NND goes out of their way to accomodate the needs of their employees and I have found that that is not always the case with other employers. I would not work anywhere else.
I find when calling into the office, the staff answering the phone provide support to frontline staff like I have never experienced before. If you leave a message, they call back, if you have a question they find the answers. This is awesome.
