The aspect that it's casual. You can set your own hours. The con is there isn't always shifts to pick up and sometimes as a male female patient refuse my care.

When speaking with care designers, schedulers and other staff, it is very obvious care comes first. I feel my feedback and efforts are recognized and appreciated. Seeing, visiting and caring for clients does not feel like work.
