We bought a house that was perfect except for an unsightly stain on the family room carpet. We called Zerorez but didn’t expect the stain to be removable. We were shocked when it completely disappeared. We have cream colored carpet and 2 dogs. We had another unsightly stain due to our dog’s love of butter. He couldn’t keep it down and we had a big stain AGAIN. ZEROREZ GOT IT OUT! Our technician,Eric said he liked the challenge of removing that stain. I was shocked when that tough stain disappeared. quick response - my dog had made a huge mess on our den carpet - I couldn't spot clean it - I called Zerorez in a panic and they were so nice. They were here within 5 hours and were very professional. The associate was very clear in explaining the process, the pet treatment, the Scotch Guard, etc. The process didn't take long. Carpet looks and smells amazing. I'll use them again for sure.
End result was great. Customer service over the phone was great. Good communicators on the other end of the line. I was disappointed though that our tech did not arrive until 1:45 for our 10am-12noon window appointment. No communication that he would be late until nearly 12:45. I understand that things come up that are outside of our control, but I do wish there was communication that he would be that behind schedule so I could plan the rest of my afternoon accordingly as well. Thanks for understanding.
