First off the customer service is fantastic. Professional and didn’t mind the chaos of getting the dogs all lined up to put away.

Went over what needed to be done and suggestions. I agreed to suggestions land the carpet looms good. It’s a very old carpet in a rental and it looks better than it has in years.

I love the fact it’s hot water used to clean carpets and human and pet friendly for the protective coats.

Always on time! Professional service! Mostly no chemicals, carpet feels clean and stays clean longer than other services I have used!!

The whole process was so easy from start to finish. I was able to easily book online, and then was easily able to confirm and handle details through text messaging. Courtney was the gentleman that facilitated our cleaning and he was an absolute pleasure. He was prompt and kind, and he did a fantastic job getting the stains out of our carpet! Would most definitely use them again!
